Building a healthier society tomorrow, by equipping our children today.

About Auspice

Who We Are

The Auspice Academy was founded with a deeply personal conviction:

If we want a healthier society tomorrow, we must intentionally equip children today.

Too often, we wait until adulthood to address the consequences of missing skills -
broken relationships, emotional immaturity, conflict, disconnection, and instability.

We intervene after the damage is done.

The Auspice Academy was created to be proactive, not reactive.

What We Believe

The Gaps That Cannot Hide

Academic achievement matters.

But it's not enough on its own.

Students also need:

  • emotional intelligence

  • strong communication skills

  • self-leadership

  • resilience

  • responsibility

Yet these skills are often expected, not taught.

The result?

  • escalating behavioral challenges

  • lack of proper judgement

  • social disengagement

  • fractured school culture

  • overwhelmed educators

  • students who are capable, but unsupported

The Truth We Refuse to Ignore

These gaps show up later in adulthood as:

  • unhealthy marriages and high divorce rates

  • substance abuse and addiction

  • domestic violence and child abuse

  • financial instability and unemployment

  • fractured families and single-parent households

  • persistent racial, ethnic, and generational divides

By the time these challenges surface, the cost — emotional, social, and economic — is already high.

The Auspice Academy exists to close that gap —

intentionally, practically, and sustainably.

We're committed to instilling these skills earlier

so that children grow into adults who are:

  • emotionally intelligent

  • productive and self-aware

  • capable of healthy relationships

  • confident communicators

  • responsible leaders

  • contributing citizens

What We Envision

The Long Game We’re Playing

We aim to be a driving force behind:

  • reducing divorce rates

  • decreasing substance abuse

  • preventing domestic violence and child abuse

  • strengthening family systems

  • reducing cycles of poverty and unemployment

  • dismantling racial, ethnic, and generational bias

These outcomes don’t happen by accident.
They are the result of intentional skill-building over time.
